This office shows zero respect for clients or anyone who calls for help. The staff and lawyers were shockingly rude and completely unprofessional every time I interacted with them. It was obvious they don't value people or their time. I would never trust them to represent anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Genet Hopewell and Duane Jones are the most unethical attorneys I have ever encountered. Ms. Hopewell referred me to Duane Jones, who basically took my money and ignored me for months and never provided the requested service after my repeated requests, until I just relieved him of his duties. I have requested a refund. I feel entitled to a refund after the shady service I have received from these attorneys.
