Brian is a pretty straight forward guy and doesn't beat around the bush. Some people feel uncomfortable as it is to be in any situation involving a lawyer but Brian is so welcoming, very informative, and has a sense of humor that lightens the mood so you feel better about your situation. He lays out the pros and cons about every potential choice you might have and helps you decide for the best outcome. You usually always have to wait quite a bit to see him. I once had to wait an hour and 30 min but he was very apologetic about it and did not cut my time short either. He gave his undivided attention and gave me as much time as I needed and never rushed me. I can not say enough good things about the front desk receptionist. She is the absolute best and goes out of way to help you even if it's not related to you case. Her customer service is outstanding.
