Michael Waters was recommended by a personal friend to handle a corporate dissolution issue. The company had in excess of $70,000 in assets and the situation had deteriorated to where personal threats were being made. Needless to say there was a lot at stake. After an initial phone consultation with Michael he accepted my case. That was 6 weeks ago and no progress has been made.
