Do you want competent people to handle your professional legal needs? THIS ISN"T IT!!!!! Do you want a joke and laughing-stock experience with a bunch of clowns who can't even do a simple job? This IS it!!!! I can't even count how many times they screwed up on my house closing docs and could have lost the transaction earnest money!!! Their attorney hung up when I asked if they would take responsibility for the botch-job. They couldn't even orchestrate the closing times and location - nobody knew anything about the transaction closing locations and times! LAST PLACE I WOULD USE!!

Worked with them a few years ago and had a really pleasant experience. Decided to reach out to them to update a grant deed and it was a totally different story. Emailed and called with questions but had a hard time getting someone to respond to me. Today, I called to follow up on an email I sent 2 weeks ago and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, continued to cut me off- I even asked her why she was so rude and explained that I don't work in the industry and needed clarification. Nonetheless- I've actually used them twice in the past and will never do business with them again.
