Bethany L. Was a GAL AND used her authority to obtain a TPO AGAINST me for her friend, whom she represented. She also, wanted me in jail, and refused to do her job and fulfill her oath requirements by not including and investigating things on both sides. I was not even a " party " in the said order/ case she represented and chose to speak slander causing defamation of character on my behalf. Thankfully after a year and investigators, I have what be I need to clear the "air".... She has always been rude.

One of best attorneys I have ever used. Not only was Bethany honest in her assessment of my case and if we could win or not. She worked very hard in providing me with top customer service, always communicating with me about my case ... I loved using her and her firm to represent me . Bethany has a client for life!! If I could give this attorney no stars I definitely would. I had a consultation with Bethany on Wednesday of last week about a family members case. She told me her retainer fee and said that she would visit him the next day in jail. I agreed to the retainer fee and paid her to visit my love one in jail. Bethany refuses to call back, she basically needed $300 she knew she wasn't going to take on our case. Her secretary is polite but she too will try and clean up Bethanys mess. Worst customer service ever. I just stop calling, and hope that this review helps someone else Update. Review was left 20 minutes ago and I received a call from Bethany just now however there is nothing to speak about. I have called several times about my love one moreover to receive a call after the review, ladies and gentlemen you have been warned.

There are no words to describe the respect that I have for Bethany. She was my attorney for two years straight and there was never a moment that I did not trust her with everything in me . Not only is she extremely professional and has great communication , but she has a huge heart . I truly felt like she cared about my family and that she wanted the best for us . This is unlike any attorney that I have ever worked with . She will always hold a special place in our hearts . I wish that I could give her more than 5 stars !

To my surprise, I received a subpoena in my PO box to produce records from this law group. I called to inquire and was met with a rude secretary and an even ruder attorney. Bethany Lavigno was extremely condescending when I asked for instructions and clarity on the information she needed. She even threatened me with jail time if I failed to comply. I'm no criminal and her attitude was horrible. I would never recommend her law firm based on the interaction I had with them.
