IP Alterations

Called to see if I could set an appointment for a bridesmaids' dress alteration. I asked if I needed to pay upfront or when I pick the dress up (just because I needed to make a plan on my end financially) and whoever I spoke with got upset, asked why it mattered and hung up the phone before I could finish talking. Wouldn't recommend.

Paid $95 to alter a pair of dress pants that were too long. She didn't do anything! Same look. Took it to "alterations by Cassandra" in Decatur and she told me, they were never touched. (Scam if you ask me) Cassandra was very professional, sticking pins where needed and had my pants ready within 2 hours. Only charged $25 including rush fee.

She has done multiple alterations for me, dresses, pants and tops. Always does an excellent job! One bridesmaid dress was particularly tricky and both of us were a little nervous about what needed to be accomplished, but it ended up perfect! Highly recommend!

We were serviced for a same day alteration for my father's suit. They had a quick turn around a few hours later but it was costly $89.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! The owner is very rude. Like she doesn't want to be bothered. I came in around 5:50pm and a lady and her daughter was being serviced. So, I sat down and waited to be assisted. But, as I'm waiting another lady comes in. The owner started helping the lady that came in after me. The other 3 people who came in after me. While trying to assist me in between. I needed pants altered. I had my pants on and at first she acted as she was going to be able fix them. Then she walked to the back helping another customer that came in after me and came back and said "No, I can't fix. Take it back to where you bought". I explained I don't have the time and that I was frustrated considering I had been patiently waiting on her as she is assisting At least 4/5 people that came in after me. I didn't leave until 6:33pm. I felt as If she treated me less as the other customers. Which at least 2/3 out of the 4 had problems with their items.
