I had an outstanding experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Conyers. They worked on my 2024 Ram 1500 and I'm genuinely impressed with the results. My daughter was in an accident damaging the back of her car and we used them because it was staye farm's preferred vendor and Brittany handled our whole claim and she was amazing. The car came back almost perfectly it was missing one ring around the sensor which has been ordered and going back and forth with Nissian. Fast forward our daughter hit a deer in the front. We went back there because our service was so exceptional. We did not get Brittany we got Rachel who was great at first. When we picked the car up it looked like everything was fine. The next day my husband noticed the paint on the front bumper did not match. We all looked and in the shade its a completely different color. Its 100% guarantee satisfaction and when brought back she argued with me that its plastic and will never be an exact match which is completely incorrect becuase the back bumper is also plastic and they did the paint on that and it is flawless so you tell me how the back plastic bumper is different from the front. Rachel said we had to call state farm and they needed to cover it to be blended. We'll state farm said it was a warranty claim they paid for the paint to be blended and Gerber needed to fix it. Meanwhile my husband has called 3 times and left messages and Rachel is always busy and never calls back. So now we will have to go in person and show our ass and talk to a manager. Our best friend owns an insurance company and told us a preferred vendor is always 100% satisfaction and has to fix the issue if it is incorrect or broken. Long story short I will never go back. My other daughter just had an accident and we took her car to Classic Collision in Covington and they have been exceptional. We will never do business here again and our car needs fixed asap.

I've been a loyal customer of Gerber Collision & Glass in Conyers for years, largely due to the exceptional service provided by estimator Brittany Moss. However, my recent experience in August 2025 was deeply disappointing, as the location's professionalism and empathy have significantly declined since her departure. The new estimator was unprofessional, abruptly stating she was "not Brittany" and would not emulate her, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable when I was simply trying to discuss my claim. The repair process was equally frustrating. My car was returned after three weeks with a subpar paint job, a dirty interior, and evidence that it had been used, as the fuel level was noticeably lower. Most concerning, my air conditioning, which worked perfectly upon drop-off, was blowing hot air when I picked it up. The estimator claimed the pre- and post-scans showed no A/C issues, but no explanation was provided for why it stopped working during their care. Additionally, a self-pay repair I requested in the same area as the main work was ignored, and the overall quality check was clearly neglected. The dealership I consulted afterward confirmed the car was mishandled, further eroding my trust. The lack of care forced me to pay out-of-pocket for a rental, adding to my frustration. This location's current environment feels unprofessional, with a lack of empathy and accountability. I've contacted State Farm, my dealership, and plan to escalate this to the appropriate authorities. I'm requesting repairs for the incorrect parts, a fixed A/C, and reimbursement for my rental costs. Gerber needs to address these issues and restore the customer-focused service it once had under Brittany's care. I won't return and urge others to consider their options carefully.

Had to get my car fix a month ago from you'll done amazing job, change everything that needed to be done Head light looks amazing. Jus couple days ago head light it went out I reached back to you'll. I spoke with (Chrissy) she helped me right away replaced my head light, with no problem I really Appreciate that respect that. I didn't have to go threw the hassle with you'll.
