I want to start off by saying everyone I interacted with both in person and on the phone was kind and courteous. With that being said, the overall experience was less than ideal. I met with Mr. Goss and had a consultation where I explained how dire the situation was. The bank was in the process of foreclosing and I needed to file bankruptcy to stop it. At the consultation I was given a price to retain their service and file the bankruptcy. During the consultation I explained that due to how that I got paid that it might be a last minute filing. He responded jokingly that they could stop it the day before just don't wait until the day of or after. Within this exchange or the subsequent phone calls I was never told of a possible additional $300 rush filing fee on top of the figure I was quoted. I managed despite great hardship to come up with the figure quoted and called their office to make the payment and that's when Mr. Goss informed me they needed an additional $300 to proceed because of the time frame. I was stunned because I barely came up with the initial figure quoted. I asked if they could please accept the amount quoted at that time and the additional one week later so myself and my ailing mother weren't foreclosed upon and that was refused. They were willing to see us lose our home over this $300 surprise fee. Now to Mr. Goss' credit he did refer me to another law firm that accepted my case for the amount I was originally quoted with no expectation of a rush filing fee. I can not say that I would recommend anyone to Burrow & Associates after this experience.

During a very difficult period in my life, I googled for a bankruptcy attorney. This firm popped up first and had wonderful reviews. The experience was amazing and these people really made an embarrassing situation feel very comfortable and my spirit was eased. The most professional , knowledgeable and caring people I have ever met in such a difficult time. Thank you all for your professionalism and dedication to helping me in such a challenging time.

The associates that work for the firm are really caring and very helpful. Demetria smith was excellent and so willing to do whatever it took to get the job done.William Gross was great also I had so many questions and I got everyone of them answered.I would recommend them 100 percent.
