Law Office of J Mark Shelnutt and William Kendrick

I recently had a disappointing experience with Pam Brown, a staff member at the Law Office of Mark Shelnutt and William Kendrick. During a conversation about my case, I was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Despite my calm and respectful demeanor, Pam raised her voice, used inappropriate language, and abruptly ended the call. The manner Pam handled our conversation was unacceptable. While I have had interactions with other staff members who were compassionate and courteous, Pam's behavior fell short of expectations. I hope that the law office will take steps to address this issue and ensure that all clients receive the respect and professionalism they deserve

I would not recommend this office to anyone that can afford a top notch law firm. I was totally screwed over. I had a charge that stemmed from 25 years ago to this date from the state of NJ when i was 19 years old, after going back and fourth to court for 4 years during this time in the state of Georgia. Mr.Shelnutt made me accept a plea bargin to become a convicted felon in the state of Georgia, trying to convince me that I've slid through life with my misdemeanor charges in between this time. Not to mention I have worked for the consolidated government doing security, I was able to get my ABC license as well as worked for the muscogee county school board in which no convicted felon can work for any school system or state positions in the state of Georgia no matter how old it is or the stipulations of it. But let them tell it, I've dodged bullets all these years the reason I've worked and been able to maneuver through life without this extra burden. Now that I've been made to accept this burden it has really limited me on the things I can and can not do. I've never been through anything like this before until now. I'm not a violent or habitual criminal, but now I'm forced to live with the fact that as of 2024 I'm now labeled as a convicted felon in the state of Georgia.

Mr. Shellnutt is a very good attorney. He helped me when hardly anyone else could. And i was in very deep. He knows his craft and i highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance.

When I say that I believe Mr. Kendrick is not only one of the best lawyers but in the US I mean that whole heartedly. He's what they call a "pit bull" in the courtroom and he fights hard to get the best possible outcome for his clients. He also has a great solid team I give this law firm a 10/10!

Mr. Shellnut was a God send he went above and beyond to help get my loved one out. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He worked harder than he had to make everything go as smoothly as.possible.
