A thousand dollars wasted. He convinced my elderly disabled father to plead guilty to a nolo dui without even asking for the bac from the prosecution. Very unpleasant experience after he promised to try to help my father. Don't waste your money. He received exactly the same punishment, same jail time, same fine, same community service, that he would have if he'd simply went in without a lawyer.

Don't like him. When my dad passed, I was just learning about being an executor of my mom and dad's estate. My mom and I went to talk about the last will and testament and he asked who was the executor and I told him I was. He laughed and said I should have not been made executor. Sense I didn't know anything about this kind of stuff. That's whybwe paid him for was to help out in this kind of stuff. I DO NOT RECOMEND HIM.

I honesty don't know how this man is still in business. My mother paid him in full over a year ago to probate a will when my dad has passed he has lied and dragged her threw the mud. I knew something was up so I started calling and all I got from his secretary was he will call u back! I called 3 times and never one phone call! Then he calls my mother in his office this past week returns her money and says I can't help you! It's took u a year to figure that out? One of the biggest liars and crooks I know for a lawyer! Playing both sides of the field. Just a compleat liar and needs to be put outta business. Ppl please don't waste your time or money like we have. Never again!

Can hardly ever get in contact with him. They will take your money then blow you off doing as little as they can . If you want to win in court, don't pick a looser to represent you.

I have known Richard Yancey for a very long time. I would trust him with anything I had of a legal nature
