When I found myself in need of legal guidance and representation I turned to Met Lane! Met is very experienced and knowledgeable of Law. I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional work Met Lane and his team did in resolving the boundary line dispute with our neighbor. This was a particularly challenging situation, as our neighbor had fenced in approximately 3.5 acres of our property and attempted to claim adverse possession. Despite our efforts to resolve the matter amicably, my neighbors refused to move the fence. Met did an incredible amount of research into this dispute. It was a complex task, as the property was conveyed to me in sections. He worked tirelessly to examine all deeds and surveys, and he met numerous times with our surveyor to ensure he was fully prepared for any questions in court. Additionally, he arranged for a drone flyover of the property line, met with all witnesses, and was meticulously prepared for our case. The judge required us to go through mediation and then judicial mediation before setting a court date for a jury trial. Both mediations were fruitless as my neighbor refused any type of compromise.The jury trial itself lasted for an entire week. Met was present every day, arriving early and maintaining a highly professional demeanor with the jurors, the opposing attorney and the judge. Although this was a trying time for our family, Met's presence was incredibly reassuring. I am immensely grateful to have all of our family property back and would like to give Met and his team the highest possible rating for their outstanding efforts.
