I had a wonderful experience with this firm and want to give recognition to Christy and Jewel. I had some landlord issues back in June/July and have never experienced these types of issues before so I was incredibly lost and feeling hopeless on what to do in my situation. Christy was so kind and understanding and made me feel like the only client. She was patient, communicative, and answered all my questions. She went out on a leave for a few days and Jewel was just as caring and kind as Cristy was. The both of them were phenomenal and really helped me get through my situation. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I was pleasantly greeted by Mrs Christy who is always such a blessing and joy to us. She talk with me about what I needed and dropped what she was doin to help me! Everyone there is so so nice and such a warmth feeling when I go there. I know my God lead me straight to to you this morning Christy and you helped me so much you went above and beyond and thanks for sharing a cup of coffee with this old soul. I found Bob's law office after several attempts and phone calls seeking legal advice. I was transferred over and over with no luck of speaking with anyone, and being told they didn't handle any sort of cases that concern tenants. Bob answered my call right away and was so welcoming while he listened to what was going on. I was never rushed (even with it being near the end of their business hours), and felt like he truly cared. It felt like more of a personal connection, rather than a business transaction. He answered all of my questions, and was knowledgeable throughout our entire conversation. I was given options and didn't feel like I had to make any sudden decisions. I'm a newbie when it comes to court and legal matters, and Bob totally set me at ease. 10/10 recommend giving him a call! :)

Nothing is more frustrating than being in a terrible situation, reaching out to law offices that advertise a specialty, only to discover they actually don't. With that being said, finding Bob Dufour and his associates was truly a saving grace and an answered prayer. By the time I found their office, I was at my wit's end. Jewel and Christy took the time to really listen to my situation, communicated efficiently, and worked hard to find real solutions for me. What impressed me most was that they didn't immediately "come for my money." Instead, they offered more affordable options first, proving they genuinely cared about helping me -- not just profiting from my hardship. I am beyond grateful for the assistance, professionalism, and kindness this office gave me. The world needs more law offices like Bob Dufour's. Thank you for everything.
