The ladies up front are VERY friendly and kind, so this review in no way is reflective of them. I was a new patient and in severe pain due to sciatica on both sides of my back when I initially came into this office. The Dr was aggressive with his adjustments and seemed to not care too much about the additional pain he was causing. He offered me a package that was $3,000 and said it was needed to "fix" my problem. He did my adjustment and then said "I'm going to try something real quick." I was face down and had no idea what he wanted to try, nothing was explained to me. After the fact he told me he tried the red light laser therapy on my back. Okay no problem. I went to check out, my total was reflective of my new patient fee of $49 and the adjustment $55. I came in today for my second adjustment, was supposed to be seen at 9:45 which didn't happen due to some scheduling issues they're having.... So my appointment was pushed until the Dr could get to me..... my total should have only been $55 and was told that I had a balance of $50 due from my previous visit. I asked what it was for and was told that the Dr was charging me for the laser therapy that he did on my back at my first appointment. I told her I didn't think that was very fair as he didn't give me an option to accept or deny that therapy, and never told me it would be an additional charge. I paid the previous balance and paid for my adjustment today but said I wouldn't be returning. Be careful coming here because everything has an additional charge and they will not tell you about it.... But expect payment anyways.
