Closed a client's land purchase here approximately two weeks ago. They did a great job from start to finish and were conveniently located with ample parking. Great communication from the entire office.

The Ligeon Firm assisted in the closing of the sale of our house. We had to wait almost 40 minutes past the appointment time due to another matter they were dealing with. Besides that everything went smoothly. Good communication throughout. Cassie was so great at answering my questions and emails. Melinda I think was who assisted in the actual closing. She explained everything well. All in all a good experience.

Neutral rating. Probably won't use again. Closing went quickly, 1 hour. Found mistake in my favor for thousands, before closing and Ligon fixed. Found mistake in my favor after closing for hundreds. Ligon does not return calls and I leave messages also. Still not resolved. Closing was 2 months ago.

Terrible experience. Probably one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had. Completely baffled at how the closing of my home went down.
