Monike was great. She kept me and my son informed every step of the way. I didn't have to guess what was happening, she would call or text to keep us updated. And if I had to reach out to her she quickly responded back. Just an all around great experience. I hate that my son was involved in a car accident but glad I found her. Thanks for everything.

It took time, but the service was great. The first representative assigned to the case was slow, so I had to gather and email all my bills myself. Each week, I called to move the case forward. She was fired later, but separate from that, the service was good.

WARNING!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not give this company any stars if I could. WHERE DO I BEGIN: 1. Their percentage is too high 44% ( I learned this is highway robbery). 2. I had several people/ case managers that would start the case and then leave the company. As one person admitted to me because of this they dropped the ball on my case by not following up allowing my medical expenses to get up to 10k. 3. They ended up getting paid out for the case a long time prior to paying me out which took 2 years. 4. I only received 10k in the end after 5 bulging discs. Living in pain everyday. 5. They held $1,500 for medical expenses that were calculated to approximately $600 for tricare. 6. There isn't any follow through. I have signed two HIPPA forms for them. I made my own calls to tricare to find out what's going on myself. I provided additional information needed to the lawyer/ company. So that they can pay those expenses. To discover they have not followed up with tri-cares subrogation dept. in months. As I am unable to speak to the that department myself at tricare. Only the lawyers can. (Well let's see. How about continuing to FOLLOW UP). 8. The worst communication with one's self and they medical doctors they send you too. 9. Lastly, to draw a really big picture for you. This ACCIDENT happened in 2022. We are now in 2025!!!!!!! Note: they have some people within the company that are good. But as a whole I WOULD NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!!! FYI- I do not like giving bad reviews but at this point I believe they will not complete the job. I will not receive the rest of my money. However, I do feel like people should know what they are getting themselves into.

Monike Titus worked my case to get things moving. Before her, I was NOT happy at all! I highly recommend Monike, if you want things to move on your case!

T Madden & Associates were great! No one wants to need a lawyer, but if you do, you want someone to make everything easy. And, they made it easy, I made one phone call and they took care of the rest. They gave updates on the progress which was reassuring. I highly recommend them to everyone.
