I had a whistleblower case that he took on a contingency, then when the government threatened to drag out my case he caved and didn't even tell me beforehand. He didn't negotiate in my best interest, but his own telling me I couldn't get around dropping the whistleblower case in order to negotiate a settlement on the other case where they threatened to remove me for medical reasons and charged for the contingency case. The government didn't live up to their agreement and I contacted him several times but he did nothing. This is not the attorney you want when results really count.
