Hansford-McDaniel Review In today's world, it's easy to see by billboards and social media just how many personal injury attorney's and firms there are. While it gives you an abundance of choices, picking the right one can still be difficult. After reading reviews, seeing dispositions (those that are public) and speaking with some firms personally, I was left with only option to trust which was Hansford-McDaniel. The attorney assigned to my case was Stephanie Bonner-Wiggins and her paralegal Nazly. From day one it was hitting the ground running with a very in depth phone call detailing the facts of what, where, and how as well as what our goal was to label the outcome to be a success. Stephanie layed out the realistic outcomes, actions, and expectation I should have of her team as well as she should have of myself. Communication was consistent (do not confuse that with constant, any legal proceedings will take time, and patience pays in more ways than one), customer service was amazing, and there was never hesitation for any questions I had about the process. Dealing with attorney's in the past I have somewhat a good idea of what should be expected of those who represent me, to Stephanie and Nazly not only met, but exceeded. This is not a firm that is here to just grow their own grass and paint it green. I stress to those reading that just because a firm has billboards and 1000 attorney's, it does NOT mean they are great. It normally means they have too heavy a case load, and not enough personal involvement or care for the client. That is NOT what you'll get with Stephanie, nor with the Hanford-McDaniel firm. On a scale of 1-10 I without hesitation give them a 10 and if the day comes (God forbid) that I did need representation, Stephanie would be my first call!
