Let me preface this by saying, a firm, attorneys has the right to offer, and decline representation. With that being said, I read the reviews, 5 stars reviews are not always truthful. I was hoping that attorney Chris Stewart would not be the end all review for representation, or that I would have interaction with insensitivity, and disrespect. but I was unlucky in that regard. To be clear, I asked for representation, but if that request was declined, I ask for legal advice, and stated I would pay for that legal advice (hourly rate). attorney Stewart's paralegal Keisha Owens response, was with a generic one sentence email, asking me to tell him about the sexual assault, yesterday July 10, 2025, 9:50 am. In which, I did. Steward paralegal Keisha Owens emailed another generic email, stating "thank you for chatting with us." declining representation, which is fine. But, the email did not address my request for legal advice, ( with payment). And the fact that, I shared a sexual assault, then to receive a generic email, after writing the assault in words, again. This firm has no humanity, common decency. A human response is required. I do not recommend this firm, " You will be better off representing yourself." I did not offer my address when we were "Chatting." Therefore, do not send me any correspondence regarding your firm or this "Chatting."

I initially had a great experience with Stewart Miller & Associates. The woman who referred me was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel confident about working with your firm. However, my experience took a turn when I began dealing with Jeanine. Unfortunately, she has come across as very dismissive, and it often feels like asking questions is viewed as a bother. That is not how I conduct business, and it has made me feel undervalued as a client. If I didn't already have an offer on the table, I would have strongly considered walking away from this firm. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as client communication and respect are key components of a professional relationship.

The SMS Trial attorneys were the perfect legal team for me. Jeanine Cho was my case representative and she was very helpful in getting me paid adequately for my accident. She was very communicative from start to finish. Even in times where I felt unsettled and needed to reach out to her, her response time was always quick. Literally less than 24 hours. I can't thank her enough for all the time and effort that she's put into my case. I know that they get many clientd, but I never felt as though I was just a number on a ticket for Jeanine. I felt as though she actually cared to give me paid and cared even more about my physical recovery. I want to thank her for everything she's done!

So not gone lie, sorta got off on wrong foot, it was a misunderstanding about my amended police report, once we got that figured out Jeanine and I worked together seamlessly, my wreck was in June (2024) and I settled out the end of April, there's alotta commercials around atl talm bout "full policy limits" and "25%" lawyers! Don't be fooled, Stewart miller and associates are the REAL DEAL!! no pretending, no bullshitting, even if you don't talk a few months just keep ur head down and continue treatment. Not only did I get the full policy limit but Jeanine expertly negotiated down my Dr bills to a sum I couldn't complain about!! I've dealt with several injury law firms in the metro Atlanta/decatur area most are a hoax, I had a very similar case and I used John foy, all the commercials fooled me, not only did the paralegal Daphne act like I was bothering her everytime I checked on the status of my case, but it left such a bad taste in my mouth the next wreck I tried to deal with insurance company alone, BIG mistake! Don't let a bs firm that spends more time on advertising then actually fighting for its clients! After dealing with Jeanine I would recommend to anyone in an accident, medical malpractice or facing serious charges to contact Jeanine Cho immediately!! Through out all fazes of my case she kept me informed and my expectations realistic, I'm not saying everyone will get their policy limit, but know they WILL FIGHT FOR YOU!!! since my wreck I was unable to work, lost my only vehicle and my health plummeting, the insurance company would have offered me probably 5k at most, having worked in that field Jeanine was very knowledgeable about the whole process, everything she said was going to happen , happened! Thank you so much!!!! Don't cheat your self! When you call ask for Jeanine Cho!! I'll always vouch for her!!
