McArthur Law Firm Downtown Atlanta

I turned over a myriad of medical documents and pictures to this law firm, sometimes as medical malpractice practice was happening in real-time. This law firm took almost 2 years before reviewing all the information I sent them. They were very irresponsible with returning my calls to them is another thing that concerned me about this law firm. They lost a medical records CD and swore that they never received it from me by mail. Until they found it sevrral months later!!! Needless to say after a long battle with injuries received by medical malpractice at Northside Forsyth Hospital in Cumming Georgia and as well medical negligence at Roswell Nursing inRoswell Georgia home my dear mother passed. I finally got to meet with the attorneys and listen as they retreated into telling me how much they would not be able to prove malpractice my mom suffered at this hospital and nursing home. This is with 100% proven injuries my mom suffered in these 2 medical facilities. For instance they left my mom alone and did not come check on her for several hours and she needed to go to the bathroom. No one came to assist her so she got out of the bed tripped over cords, fell and broke her arm. And she laid suffering on the floor for a couple hours not being able to get herself up off the floor because her arm was completely fractured. That just an example of the suffering she endured. I could go on and on, but I just want to state that this law fir was a complete no show, and disrespectful to my me, and my dead mother. I would not recommend this law firm to represent me in any case. They were a huge waste of time. I wish that I had performed more research and have chosen another attorney to represent me and my mother.
