Since I've been in Georgia I've dealt with several law firms, and I find that CEO lawyers are the best law firm to date. Windy did a awesome job and we richly appreciate her and my wife and I consider CEO lawyer part of their family. Working with Attorney Julia and The CEO Lawyer team has been an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Julia took my case seriously from day one and made sure every part of my treatment and recovery was handled properly. Before my case reached her, Muhammad--the paralegal--did an outstanding job keeping everything organized and moving smoothly. Once Julia took over, she went above and beyond. She didn't let the insurance companies play games or delay the process. She pushed to keep everything on track, refused unnecessary extensions, and stayed on top of every detail. She followed up consistently -- with the other side and with my insurance team -- making sure I received the highest compensation possible. What impressed me the most was how quickly everything was resolved. My case was completed in just under four months, which is incredible given the circumstances of the accident. Even though I'm still healing, I'm able to get back to a more normal life, and that's thanks to Julia's hard work, dedication, and genuine care. This is by far the worst lawyer firm I have ever dealt with. They are so unprofessional, they do absolutely no work, they have absolutely no communication, and the quality of service is horrible (if I had a worse word than that it would be that). They try to make you do their job for them and will not communicate with you for months at a time. I had a simple car accident case where the other parties insurance said they would take care of everything and it has lasted a year and 2 months and still counting. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the headache of dealing with this firm. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

Currently attempting to get a hold of a supervisor. I've called, texted email. Communication from my "case manager" is terrible. I have now been given 4 different dates in the last 30 days for when my check would be here. They've yet to come through. When you try to ask questions, you're either met with an attitude(have text proof) or just ignored. My husband called at 4:24pm where he got some office person. Office person said lawyer is in a meeting and "emailed me back earlier" Guys the email is dated for 4:27pm. Soni call for the 4th time today and you finally answer my email? While in a meeting? I have asked for nothing but honesty and transparency. And apparently there is no one " above" my case manager as I've been informed after the second call in to speak to someone, but they are forwarding our message to someone? So explain that to me. Y'all say 10-25% in all these reviews. I've been charged 33%. The lawyer is walking away with more than me. If he even mails me my portion. At this point, I'm not sure anyone is being truthful, and I'm pretty sure I'll never see that check.
