Working with Iliana was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a professional. Communication was almost nonexistent, and I constantly felt ignored and left to figure things out on my own. When problems came up, she offered little to no help, and I ended up having to hire another attorney to fix issues that should have been handled properly the first time. It cost me extra time, money, and unnecessary stress. I understand that she is not the person who decides immigration cases, but I at least expected her to actively work on mine. When I brought this up, her response was, "I am not immigration; I suggest you find another attorney." Guess what -- my next attorney immediately pointed out important details and options that I had never heard from Iliana. That alone showed me how little attention my case actually received. In my opinion, Iliana does not take responsibility for her clients or their cases once she's been paid. I would strongly recommend doing your research and finding an attorney who will actually guide and support you through the process.
