An extra star because the staff was friendly to me, but I'm not sure how professional the business is. During my very first assessment with the physical therapist, within the first fifteen minutes, I was told I had a displaced hip (I could walk and stretch just fine, just had a lot of pain in the area). When I got a scan done later down the road there was no sign of that being the case. As for treatment they would have me sit in a message chair for fifteen minutes and then another fifteen laying down with a TENS unit, and then they would send me home. Both would make me sore for days afterwards, and when I informed the therapist about this, she said it was just a part of how it goes - which could be the case, but once I stopped going the pain eased off. When I finally got my bill from my settlement, I found out that they had charged me THOUSANDS for that. This place originally said that they would work with me to make sure their bill would be low, but when I tried to work with them on it, now it's non-negotiable. All for a massage chair and a $20 TENS unit off of Amazon. I'm pretty sure their business is specifically designed to scam and take advantage of injured people and their insurance companies out of extra money. If your lawyer recommends this place, ask for another one.

The chiropractor is awesome that's why I'm giving 3 stars but the front office staff is unfriendly! They are not professional at all! The office staff needs personal skills and be able to help all patients in a professional manner! They needs better bedside manners for goodness sake you work in a medical setting and should act like it. No one greets you when you enter I always have to speak to them! My final straw was when she talked to the doctor in front of me and that was really rude and disrespectful all around and I didn't appreciate it. What ever issue she had with chiropractor should be discussed privately! She told her to hurry and adjust me and that was extremely rude! But Dr. Ball is the best she really helps me through my aches and pains!

I was in an accident on 3/12/16 and was referred to this office by Attorney Ken Nugent. The staff was very helpful and cared about my feeling. They make you feel very comfortable and friendly. The office is clean and well kept, which was surprising on Candler Rd. and knowing it was an old bank 20 years ago. I would recommend anyone I know to go here.

Very unprofessional and ghetto. Not sure why it took them weeks to send over my paper work to my adjuster after I had been done treating weeks and weeks in. Will not be referring anyone to this place. Good luck!
