Reference letter/review I am so pleased to write a review for Bayuk the LLC attorneys. Upon having had a serious neglect case from a nursing facility, I frantically called attorneys to see what could be done because I was hurt... other attorneys returned my call, but I did not feel the sincerity empathy or concern about me as the client. however, when Bayuk called me almost immediately (within) that business day. The support staff are very warm and nice. The relationship between them and I were good too...They even recognized my voice and called me by name. They were abreast of most facts of the case and made sure that my messages were delivered to the appropriate people. The attorneys called me back, open the case and never once avoided my calls. I even called around closing time one day and the attorney made sure he called me back that evening after hours and I thought that was the best thing ever, going above and beyond. During the actual process of formulating the case, the law office made sure that I was able to make the depositions and the discovery meetings and they even zoom me if I needed it. Needless to say they worked long and hard on my case and the outcome was very favorable... They made me feel like I was the most important client and for that I'm grateful.
