DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. Justin Williams is a crook. The firm was very misleading and essentially took money from me. In addition they do a terrible job with communication throughout the entire process. His team and I made an agreement about the net settlement of the case. However when the checks were cut, Justin did not follow the terms of our agreement and decided to give himself more, shortening my portion. Our agreement may have not been a normal practice in the industry. However all parties agreed to this process. I did try to work it out with the firm prior to posting out of good faith and I was blown off. He has employees that lie and refuse to get back to you about updates with your case. I have text messages and calls to his employee Veronica who would never get back to me. Just a terrible firm to work with. Save your frustration and avoid this misleading firm.

I was in first major accident about a year ago and Jared was able to help me with everything and very prompt about it . I was able to reach out and always got a callback very quickly with any questions I had . I was able to get my case resolved and was able to get 25,000$ and I couldn't recommend them enough.

As many of the other reviews have stated, my experience was similar. Lousy, if any, communication. Countless emails and phone calls made with zero replies and when it was replied weeks later, it was single word answers, like a third grader or your children do when replying to a text. I thought attorneys were taught to communicate effectively but WW skipped that lesson. Then when it was time to settle up costs, zero negotiation as usual and they just paid whatever they decided to pay. $16,000 in bills and they decided to pay $3600. Didn't try to negotiate or ask when we would accept, didn't ask a single question. When asked when would the check be sent, was told it is going today. Two weeks later, still nothing. Emails and calls later, oh, my bad, it is being sent today. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable PI Firm that knows how to communicate far better than this firm. I feel the only reason Justin has this position is because his father started and owns the firm, no one else would hire him.

If you want a team that'll fight for you, make sure you receive the best treatment, AND give you the top demand you deserve..this is it! I personally want to give Miss Veronica a shoutout for going the extra mile for me and my mother. You will be in good hands here.

Justin and his team were amazing. They worked really hard on my claim and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend this firm.
