Mr Ziegler was very helpful and informative on all aspects of my case. I worked with him directly and although it was a process it was worth the wait. I'm very grateful and his services are unmatched. By the grace of God I pray to never find myself in another accident, however in any case I do know who to go to lol.

This whole experience has been unbearable. I've never met a lawyer who works on someone's case and I haven't seen him face to face yet. He responds to your calls or texts hardly ever. I feel as if my case is not important to him. My accident was 7-8 months ago with no results. My car is not repaired. He's my lawyer and is going to want his money but he's not working to obtain nothing. Is not fighting hard to even get my car fixed. Before it even got this far I've tried contacting him on several occasions to no avail. I understand he may have other cases but I'm sure he has paralegals, interns, or someone who can look into matters when he's too busy. This has been a horrible experience. I just want my car fixed and he's failed to get that for me. I should not have to have my insurance to pay for this when the other party is responsible!!!
