I had an extremely disappointing and emotionally distressing experience with Siemon Law Firm. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability has caused me significant financial and emotional harm. From the very beginning, their communication was abysmal. Neither the attorneys nor the paralegals provided timely updates, and I was left completely in the dark for weeks despite repeated emails and phone calls from both me and my attorney in Texas. They failed to handle basic responsibilities, such as finding a process server to serve my ex. To make matters worse, they changed my legal team during critical stages of my case without informing me. I was unknowingly emailing an attorney who no longer worked at the firm, wasting precious time and resources. This lack of transparency and coordination cost me thousands of dollars in legal fees--not only from Siemon Law Firm but also from my attorney in Texas, who had to repeatedly reach out to them with no response. At one point, I had to resort to pretending to be a new client just to get anyone at the firm to respond. This is an unacceptable way to treat clients who are already under immense stress. The firm's lack of effort and professionalism has now forced me to continue jurisdiction in a state where I am not a resident, compounding the financial strain they've caused me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state bar due to the significant damages caused by this firm. Their negligence and unprofessionalism have left me in financial distress with no results to show for it. I strongly advise anyone considering Siemon Law Firm to look elsewhere for legal representation. Save yourself the heartache, frustration, and financial burden--they are not worth the risk.
