I went Hait & Kuhn in May of 2013 to review an uncontested divorce. My consultation was with Liz Kuhn. She did an excellent job reviewing the uncontested. She explained some things and I determined I was getting a pretty raw deal. So I had my (now) ex-wife served with a contested divorce. It was a long and tough road but Hait & Kuhn was really there for me. We all worked very hard. I mediated joint custody but when my ex tried to move our daughters hundred of miles away, I was given my options and we ended up modifying custody. I, as a man, ended up the custodial parent of my daughters! There were several hearings and we rigorously prepared for each and every one. The staff I interacted with, Ali, Carly & Whitney, are also professional and courteous; I never thought I would enjoy a pretrial meeting! Keep up the good work Hait & Kuhn! Alex was very knowledgeable but most of my interaction was with Liz. She is an impressive litigator, who definitely has a passion for law. In trial she was quick on her feet and had a rhythm to her questioning I found quite effective. The entire firm has been responsive to my inquiries, via telephone and email. I would definitely refer friends and family and return to their firm for any legal services. UPDATE: I again used NML in 2021, Lizz and I are friends, it was a challenging case but she and her staff were again there every step of the way helping me navigate the difficulties. I'm lucky to have found such a passionate, intelligent and qualified lawyer with an equally professional and courteous staff. I have recommended their services to friends and would do so again.

This is an amazing team that you want on your case! Attentive to details and answer any and all questions you may have! They are usually very fast at replying either over the phone or emails. I will say I pretty much conducted my entire divorce via email and I believe it went well. I did go in once but that was of my own choosing, they do not pressure you into anything and always listen TO YOU! I would 10/10 recommend and DEFINITELY go back for any future issues that require a legal team. I worked most closely with Ashley Rogers and Ali Williams, however Liz Kuhn was my legal representative! I had communications open with EVERYONE on the team, so someone was almost always available to answer! Even in the evenings sometimes!

The law firm of Hait Eichelzer & Kuhn handled my divorce. I worked mostly with Lizz and Melody. From start to finish my divorce took less than 7 months. The day I decided to file everyone stopped what they were doing and took care of my case. I felt like I was part of a family. Everyone was professional, concerned, and caring.
