Great service and quick response! I scheduled an appointment with Jeff Jackson. I had a bad experience with a previous law office that took weeks to reply a d never really gave me a definite answer to what I needed. I signed up for MetLife Legal Plans (~$12/mth) through my workplace primarily to update existing estate planning documents. The service offers online creation of the docs and in-person legal services which includes a choice of participating law firms. I utilized the online feature within the plan to create my docs as a bridge (3 weeks) until my scheduled meeting with the team at Lerman Law Associates for the redo/final version of all my docs. Joe, Brent and Elizabeth were all personable, knowledgeable and professional. From email communications and meeting scheduling, to the video consultation, to my in-person meeting in Alpharetta AND post document follow-up, it was a GREAT experience.
