I had a great experience working with Christopher Howard in my personal injury case. He was very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously in making financial and legal decisions. I highly recommend.

I hired Chris Howard after my motorcycle accident because of his reputation in the riding community and his messaging that he was "one of us"--a rider who fights for riders. During our initial conversations, he sold me on the idea that he wasn't some push-over who would just accept the first offer. He made it sound like he'd be aggressive, strategic, and committed to making sure I was fully compensated for everything I'd been through. What actually happened was the opposite. After a major accident, multiple surgeries, and six-figure medical bills, Chris barely followed up during my recovery and ultimately pressured me to accept a quick policy-limit settlement that wouldn't even come close to covering my expenses. When I suggested pursuing a Department of Transportation claim--something I had reason to believe had merit--he dismissed it completely, admitted he didn't have experience with those types of cases, and doubled down on trying to get me to settle quickly. His "fight" ended where the policy limit did. On top of that, he made some very off-putting, ego-driven comments during one of our calls. While trying to justify why the woman who hit me had such low coverage, he started explaining that policy limits often reflect someone's assets--then veered into bragging about how he lives in a mansion and owns multiple luxury cars. It was an unnecessary and bizarre flex that made the conversation about him instead of my case. To his credit, Chris didn't charge me for the time he spent on my case--which I appreciated at the time. But honestly, I would've rather paid him if it meant avoiding the unprofessional and bitter attitude he's shown in every interaction since I switched attorneys. Despite all that, I still referred a new client to him--someone with a case that seemed more aligned with his quick-settlement style--and he didn't even say thank you. Just acted entitled to the referral. Bottom line: if you want someone to get a fast policy limit payout and then step away, maybe Chris is your guy. But if you're looking for an actual advocate who matches what they say during that first conversation--someone who's willing to think creatively, explore complex liability, and put the client's recovery above their own convenience or ego--I'd strongly recommend you keep looking.

Communication on Jared's end was lacking throughout the entire case. Every time I called, I ended up speaking with a receptionist who was consistently rude and unhelpful. Despite that, during the times I did speak with Jared, he repeatedly reassured me that I wouldn't need to worry about any bills -- that everything would be taken care of and I would be made whole again. I specifically brought up the ambulance bill, and he told me not to worry, that it was handled. As the case came to a close and we reached a settlement, I asked again, and once more, he confirmed everything had been taken care of. Fast forward a few months later, and I receive an ambulance bill -- one I was told would be covered. I contacted Jared's office and was told to email the bill and someone would call me back. Over two weeks passed and I heard nothing. I followed up again and was told someone would reach out -- still nothing. Overall, my experience with Bulldog Law Firm was frustrating and unprofessional. If I could do it over, I would go with a firm that truly advocates for their clients and doesn't leave them hanging once the case is closed.
