We were in the process of making some minor changes to a will, POS, and HCD that was originally done by Scott. Very disappointed with this experience. When this was under Scott it was an excellent firm, great customer experience and very nice to work with. Now you have to do everything over zoom which, fine, I get - but it is very impersonal. They messed up several times on the changes we wanted - changing the beneficiary rather than changing the executor for example. Sending the wrong form for the health care directive. This took at least 3 zoom calls and several emails to get corrected. Then at the signing no lawyer was present so if we wanted legal clarification nobody was there to answer our questions. We will not be using this firm again. If you want impersonal, big box lawyer - probably would work for you but triple check their work as they continually made mistakes that we caught and had to be redone.
