Update: Her name is Mildred. THE PERSON ANSWERING THE ATLANTA PHONE LINE TODAY (AUGUST 13, 2025) IS VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL WITH MYSELF AND REGIONAL OFFICE INTAKE TY. SHE'S REFUSING TO GIVE HER NAME TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE AND WON'T TRANSFER CALLS TO ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE SHE KNOWS SHE'S WRONG. PEOPLE LIKE THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN A POSITION TO HARM PEOPLE THAT NEED HELP! TY WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT HOW IS TY FROM A REGIONAL OFFICE AND THE LADY IN THE ATLANTA OFFICE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IS REFUSING TO GIVE HER NAME TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE! I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF HER THAT ACTUALLY CARES AND ISN'T DISMISSIVE! SHE NEEDS TO GO! Lucky I didn't hurt her feelings!
