The Maher Law firm was patient, informative, and available when I needed them. Losing someone so close turns your life upside down due to many factors. The Maher Law firm continues to keep the the hospitals accountable. Dina at the front desk is always nice when I call. Michelle is always responsive to my questions in a timely manner. Jason my Lawyer was patient and worked hard on my behalf. Cindy has been on it since the beginning to get everything in order and Mr Steve Maher oversees it all with his expertise and years of experience. I would highly recommend this law firm.

Where to begin...let me start off by saying I have never met a kinder more genuine group of people! From my very first meeting, when I was truly at one of the lowest points in my life and could barely get through the emotional distress of retelling the story that inevitably led me to their doorstep, to the day they won my case and the absolute thrill of victory and the sense of rightness that reflected on all of our faces. Each and every single person at Maher law firm that I have had the pleasure of interacting with, has left a profound sense of gratefulness within me. So many things happened in the couple of years that I was their client, my father's passing, relocation, jobs changing, and through it all they remained constant in my life. Their sincerity and compassion through all of these life experiences solidified my choice in having the privilege for them to represent me. Did I mention they won my case? Won in such a way that I feel we were all stunned once the events of that final day transpired. I cannot put in to words how utterly thankful I am to Steve, Diane,Jason, Michelle, Dena, Susan and if by chance there is anyone I forgot to mention thank you for your work and support. Every single one of you has impacted me in such a positive way, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the support, laughter, understanding, encouragement, tenacity,strength, patience (Michelle) and most importantly the entire firms integrity is without question absolutely inspiring in an era where integrity seems to be non existent. Save yourself the displeasure of calling and speaking with Dena Amendola. I had one of the worst phone conversations with a business in my life while speaking with her. When she was asking questions about how correspondence with a certain business ended (related to potential case), she mentioned that she can get quite aggressive in her communications. Apparently, this is not just when she's speaking to businesses, but potential clients as well. At one point during our 15 minute conversation she said I was 'fishy' and accused me of withholding information. I'm not sure how you would expect someone to thoroughly explain a situation that unfolded over almost 2 years in the span of 15 minutes and then make accusations because they cannot fully explain the situation in so little time. She was incredibly demeaning and rude from the beginning of the conversation to the end. When I brought this to her attention near the end of our phone call she demanded I provide examples. When I went to further explain, she repeatedly cut me off and told me she 'prides herself on her professionalism'. I hope the law firm considers how her lack of professionalism and basic respect and kindness reflects poorly on their firm. Had they wanted to take my case I would have declined based on this conversation alone. It seems someone else left another similar review, and I can't help think they probably also spoke with Dena. Client or not, people should not be treated so poorly by your staff, especially given that it was completely unwarranted.

I'm thankful for the good people at the Maher Law Firm who took a very difficult case against the City and stuck with it even when it seemed like we would get nothing. I'm especially thankful for Susan and Cindy. Susan fought for every penny as she was negotiating my medical bills and Cindy really stood up for me while we were in arbitration. If it weren't for these ladies fighting for me I would've been left with nothing due to caps placed on settlements with the city as well as medical bills. Thank you! I will be forever grateful.
