Honestly I'm not sure where to even start when it comes to the Kraken Law team, The folks here showed me so much understanding and attentiveness when it came to my divorce. which was arguably one of the worst times of my life. They were with me every single step of the way, with Farah answering any questions I had about timeshare or documents needed, to Gigi answering the phone with a positive and caring attitude and dealing with me no matter how flustered I was. Not to mention Mike, who was there on time every time and always knew what to say when needed. From the start my experience was great. My accident took place a Friday night and by Saturday morning Kathy already had all my appointments scheduled not just for me but my daughters as well. She kept me updated with everything throughout the entire process. She was always very professional with explaining how everything worked. We did hit a snag but because of my insurance and even with that her and Michael were so comforting and walked me through it all. Contact was mostly over the phone but I did have the privilege of stopping by the office and even Gigi was very sweet and welcoming.
