Talk with the attorney who gave me a price after paying them $600.00 it was explained to me that if he work on my case of finding the payoff of my mortgage that is cost was $300.00 an hour this consultation took less then 15 minutes and he also stated his assistant was $80.00 an hour.I received one phone call from their office to ask me the name of my mortgage company as they had all my paper work I left them. I never again talked to them for 7 months and that was me calling them and I got Mr Adams will return my call that never happened. I called the office and talked to a secretary that stated someone would return my call the next day I did receive a call from the office. I asked for a refund of some type as I investigated my pay off myself and had NO response. I was told we sent a letter to your mortgage company and called them but no proof of this. I did reach out to my mortgage company and they stated they have received one ( 1 ) letter from the attorneys office and replied. I was never told anything from anyone. I feel that isn't $600.00 worth of work " Feel cheated "
