Hard on where to start on reviewing Complete Care in Winter Haven. I felt welcomed walking through them doors from the beginning. All the respectful girls working the floor in all aspects made me feel welcomed. They have the sweetest people working there and making sure your on point with your physical therapy and your appointments lol. They are Awesome. The doctors and Nurse practitioners are all great. Thank you all.
Appointment was scheduled promptly and for the same day. Facility is easy to find, ample parking, easy to access, neat and clean. Staff is courteous and prompt. Dr. Rice was knowledgeable and throughly explained xrays and the next steps in the treatment process. I was very comfortable receiving care at this facility. I would definitely recommend them.
The facility and staff are amazing. But y'all need to have a facility down south Lake Placid or Sebring Florida because traveling here three to four times a week is a lot so if you could please build a facility down south
Not a medical facility as I was told it was, it's a chiropractors office. Although the people are nice I believe this facility is here to promote accident claims and lawsuits. If you need medical care after an accident, go to an ER, this is not the place for you. If you need something for pain it can take 3-4 wks to speak with someone but they can set you up for chiropractic services quicker.
Great staff! I've been going for quite sometime. Relief is coming!! Great Doctor, Dr. Rice !! Jadela and Emily are great at muscular relief !
