I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Winter Garden Family Law. Allison and Jamie are organized, compassionate and very knowledgeable. They were always quick to answer any of my questions or concerns. Allison and Jamie both made me feel supported and comfortable during the entire process. Single mom here who has unfortunately had to fight in a custody battle that took longer than I could have ever imagined. Attorney Allison Budnik was my saving grace, an angel per say. Organized, always prepared, and always made me feel like I was the only client on her plate. She fought like it was her child, guided me (still does) through the tough stuff when I had no idea which way was up down, right or wrong, and continues to treat me like myself and my child matter. Her paralegal Jamie is professional, kind, and also prompt and prepared. If you need someone to help you protect and fight for what matters the most, this is the law firm, hands down and without a doubt, that you're looking for. I could go on forever but simply put, I can 100% say that there are no other hands I'd have rather had myself and my child in during inevitably always tough legal matters.

If you're looking for an aggressive attorney this is not the team for you. We began May 2021. 15 months and 6k later she hasn't been able to settle child support. She is not good at following up or following through. It was my experience that she's good at dragging her feet and stringing you along while collecting her monthly fees. When you try to email and ask for any updates she will charge you for that and just say "I haven't heard back" but she will never have any future date set to follow up. There's no deadlines for anything. It was clear we were never a priority. I would not recommend this attorney.
