I called for a free consultation and was told there was nothing they could do but would forward me to another line that could help. I was transferred 4 different times at which each person told me, that was not their department and transferred me again. I was on the phone for 2 hours. Finally was transferred back to the receptionist who hung up on me. Very disappointing and unprofessional. They will not be recommended by me to anyone. I wasted two hours that I could have been in ICU with my husband. Very upsetting.

You say for the people yet you decline my son's case because it is too hard to go up against transplant Doctors, now my son is left fighting PTLD and sterile for life leaving the Doctors free of any responsibility for their lack of actions, ethics and their lack of following international protocols. Seems to me Morgan & Morgan is only interested in the easy cases they think they can win rather then standing up for a young patient who lost everything. If at anytime Mr. Morgan would like to step away from all the PR and have a serious conversation instead of sending out probes to vet a case with a real patient that lost his future and his fertility at the hands of the people that were supposed to protect feel free to reach out. No one is interested in size, I am interested in justice for my son, or does that even matter in todays world anymore?

I don't fit neatly into boxes, havin a VERY complex medical history . They were patient and kind--really warm to welcome me. I should have started here rther than wait for a denial, knowing sSA just flat rat denies 75% claimed and forcing appeals with 98% failure if done yourslf. I'm so glad I won't be alone, which I was filiing the 1st one. When I asked "MY" case worker how none of the SIX conditions listed in the denial they're admitting I could have still would NOT qualify for disbility, she said the problem "is your doctors work for YOU; we work for the STATE"--seriously! I have news for lady; the STATE is supposed to work for US, too! Since they don't see thatt way, Morgan & Morgan being out there for US as the people will handle that!

Worst business I've ever dealt with. Have been a client for 16 months. Have NEVER spoken with a lawyer & can't get a case developer to call me back. They have done nothing to help my case, I have gathered all of my own information that was needed. I will never recommend this law firm.

Called on Monday May 20th to discuss a possible case for Morgan and Morgan . Didn't hear anything on Tuesday. Called back Wednesday and told us that the paralegal would call us back today. Still no call as of 6 pm. Guess too busy to even call and tell us one way or the other if it's a case to move forward on or not. Will call another law firm that will at least give us a few minutes to discuss.
