Aimee, the lawyer that worked on my Trust, is very through, exacting and sha uncoverd all the family details, and I am certain that when I reach my expiration date ( ha, ha, my passing) my family will be able avoid both probate expenses (the probate lawyers will take a heafty portion of any estate) and taxes - WHEW - that's one more item to take off my bucket list ( ha, ha again)!!
