UPDATE 11.30.2025: To be Bullied and Gaslit by an Attorney is not Acceptable! I have NO LEGAL DEALINGS with these people - I just keep unearthing the TRUTH with documents to how they ran their businesses getting away with FOOD SAFETY ISSUES, NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MANUFACTURING MISHAPS, DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES, FRAUD, NEGLIGENCE, etc.. - I asked the Owner to please remove the Product from the store shelves wherever they were located in the USA so as to cause no harm to anyone else - that was by TEXT thru IG on 9.1.2025 - no response. Why is it they always point the finger at the innocent one who is concerned for others, was in WHOLE FOODS FT LAUDERDALE the entire time sitting their eating on Labor Day 9.1.2025 - according to my receipt(s) prior to 11am til aprox 11:50am after leaving the Customer Service Desk where that went very wrong unfortunately... ask for their SECURITY FOOTAGE - then your lies will stop. I did return a few days later to ask for a manager - and to find out why it was handled poorly on 9.1.2025 ... then it took a different turn. BEWARE - an Attorney that represents a vendor that I purchased from for over 10+ years who will not return a call or reply to an email since October 9th, 2025 so that I may ask him how to file a claim with her insurance company for DURESS, ILLNESS, NEGLIGENCE, DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES, HARASSMENT, ETC... He has chosen to show me the Worst Version of himself by bullying me as well as his client doing exactly the same thing. He chose to attempt to GASLIGHT ME - HARASSMENT by email - Atrocious. When you are AWARE of what they are trying to do by their actions - you stand protected by GOD. I have emailed Mr Behren and also left a brief voice mail. He gives LAWYERS a very bad name. His clients chose to put a product out into the GENERAL PUBLIC with an EXPIRED FOOD PERMIT and a fraudulent address of a CLOSED BUSINESS since prior to 7/14/2023, to find out the UPC label was NOT FOUND in the FDA database and it contains logo's that would be used in a CERTIFIED ORGANIC USDA certification - does NOT belong on this product - NO CERTIFICATION. I had to open a FOOD SAFETY case with the Fla Dept of Agriculture and also reported his client to the FDA, and also inquired with the City of Plantation and the Shopping Center Owner - they have NOT chosen to give me "why" this was allowed. A FOREIGN OBJECT was in a bite of their Organic Raw Vegan Brownie they sell, while sitting inside Whole Foods eating on Labor Day. All on CAMERA - everywhere we go these days we are being filmed. No bedside manner does this man have.
