The Pendas Law Firm

I have never been treated as nice as I was with Pendas Law Firm. From the very beginning everyone was helpful. My attorney Albert Lara was GREAT. He wanted what was best for me. I had a very a very serious dog bite and he was there for me to ask any questions. Griselmy Armas, Pre Litigation Assistant was absolutely a delight to work with. Her personality and knowledge made everything go smooth. I would highly recommend Pendas Law Firm!

Terrible law firm: unprofessional, terrible communications, and overall laziness. They took my case and dropped it! They did not communicate if there were any roadblocks or anything. This law firm wasted my time and gave me false hope. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND trusting this law firm with your sensitive matters.

Very professional and always fight hard for your case to get you the most they can, my attorney A. Lara and his team was great...... 2/11/25 I decided to update my review, because I'm frankly disappointed, with this firm, everything was great at the beginning, the first portion of the case was handled beautifully, but the closing part? Is a struggle, we request updates and there's always some sort of excuse as to why we cannot get a full update on what's going on, the person handling this Mrs Griselmy Armas is always making up excuses, when I went to get my check she was full of praises and all, and at the end I left "satisfied" because my case was finally done, but my husband's and my son's case are still on her hands with the closing, and she said she was waiting on one letter to be able to complete it, now she's still negotiating bills, one of my bill checks got lost on the mail and it was a struggle to get a straight answer from her, I asked for copies of the receipts of the checks sent, and till this day I'm still waiting. Our case was settled with the insurance last year and she's still working on the bills, last excuse was that the computer is not working properly, well if that's the case why is the case not being sent/transferred to a kite capable person? Honestly this is exhausting and I do not recommend this firm at all. To many shady excuses, and you have to chase down the person handling your case to be able to get any information if you are able to get it all.

Christine Gonzales is a great case manager! She stays on top of her cases and pays the upmost attention to detail. She's great with following up after accidents and checking to see if your doing well after treatments. Very knowledgeable about personal injury cases. I will definitely keep Pendas Law Firm and Christine's number in my phone for myself and friends and family!
