I was referred to the firm of Lyle B. Masnikoff & Associates, P.A. by an Attorney I know in NY. The team which Mr. Masnikoff has put together is superb. From the very beginning when I was first interviewed by Karen and throughout my case, I knew I was in excellent hands. Karen has been the person who has been handling my case from the very beginning. From the first phone call, to the interview, to the applications and to the hearing. Compassionate, patient, thorough, intelligent and meticulous are just some of her attributes. Oh and what a nice person she is which is most important of all. Countless emails which I have exchanged with her have been answered very quickly. Each and every email. When I needed to speak with her over the phone, she was right there, and if she wasn't available immediately, I would receive a return phone call the same day. I don't know how many clients this firm handles but I do know it's alot. But Karen gives you her undivided attention and knows your case inside & out which is astonishing when you think about it, considering her caseload. It's almost like you have your own personal law firm! Obviously there's a whole support team that makes this all work and as I said, Mr. Masnikoff has put together a superb team.
