I want to start off by stating Mr. Chiappetta and his team of professionals are the best!!! They were able to make the insurance company pay there fair share of what was owed. It took time, but with Mr. Chiappetta's advise, we were able to settle before going to court, for a trial. My advise is talk to him and his team before making any decisions on what outfit you will use. Patience is the key because they have the proper resources to not get steamrolled by the powerhouse attorney firms that will take a lions share of the settlement. Mr. Chiappetta has the same powerhouse professionals on his side, but doesn't have the same overhead as the big names. This allows him to payout more money than the bigger outfits.
