Dr. McCranels and team have been absolutely amazing in assisting with my recovery from an auto accident for the second time now. I was treated by them about 6 years ago for another injury. Everyone at ITS goes above and beyond to accommodate and customize treatment needs. They genuinely care about your needs. Each and every one of the team members are professional and caring. They have a full gym for physical therapy, a therapy room for traction... etc and also provide chiropractic adjustments. Highly recommend for any injuries!

My daughter and I were involved in an auto accident. Pain Management meds and surgery are not an option for me. Dr. McCranels and the team at Injury Treatment Solutions treated me with chiropractic and rehab for my injuries. The doctor even adjusted my foot that was bothering me! I was really impressed with his adjustment techniques! This was not even the injury that I was being seen for, but Dr. M is very thorough! He takes his time and addresses concerns very patiently. Very friendly and professional staff, never had to wait to be seen and they worked around my schedule, even with my last minute changes. UPDATE: 4/5/24 My treatment has ended and I was sent a bill for the portion my insurance didn't cover. I called to set up a payment plan and Donna was absolutely AMAZING!! She was so helpful and understanding, went above and beyond for me and I could not be more thankful. I've never been anywhere with such a kind, wonderful and incredible staff. Everyone there is so welcoming and warm! Thank you all for the amazing service provide!

Don't let the name deter you. This is a wonderful chiropractor for all of your needs not just car accident injuries. I am so so glad I went to Injury treatment solutions for my issue. Dr.McCranels is amazing. Explains everything in detail that he is going to do before he does it, and was very thorough on the questions he answered for me. The staff is so friendly and the environment is very relaxing. I never even had to wait to see the Dr. I highly recommend this place for all of your chiropractic needs!!

ITS was wonderful. This was my first car accident, hit by a drunk driver, and they helped alleviate my pain and discomfort. The office seems like a well arranged little family. Everyone on staff is so sweet and caring to you. Definitely a very well oiled machine. The staff really compliments each other. Dr. McCranles was wonderful and listened to me and my concerns. He made me feel at ease and helped me reach my goals we made together for healing.
