I hired attorney Susan Chestnut expecting consistent communication, strong advocacy, and steady progress on my case. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. Updates have been rare, deadlines have passed without explanation, and progress has been minimal. Each time I've asked about next steps, the focus has shifted to requesting more money rather than taking meaningful action. There's been a noticeable lack of advocacy and follow-through on important matters that deeply affect my family. Clients deserve honesty, transparency, and someone who truly fights for their best interest--not delays, silence, and repeated requests for payment. I would caution others to be aware of these issues before hiring.
