I am shocked these reviews are good. I specifically chose this practice for their stellar reviews and reputation. My personal experience was not the best. After I paid the consultation fee a paralegal called me and set up a meeting. It was then crickets for a while and then I got a phone call from them telling me what they could do for me. I asked for this plan to be emailed to me so I can make an informed decision. No email came through, I even followed up with the Paralegal, Sarah, and still no response. Imagine my disappointment, especially since I am not a professional and need help navigating such a difficult legal field. I would imagine they would tell me next steps or what to do next after a consultation...but nothing. I am absolutely shocked I was ghosted. I would have never expected this from such a highly reviewed firm. This was my personal experience as a potential new client, I do hope if you're reading this, that you have a better experience than I did.

Paid $100 just to get them on the phone about our daughter's adoption immigration case - they took a week and then said they couldn't handle the case. They passed us on to another law firm that wouldn't even return our call. Of course, they kept the $100 - thanks a lot for nothing! Find someone else!
