I had an EXEPTIONAL experience with Mr.Goldman and his legal assistant Jessica. They both were proactive and had my case dropped, even before my 1st court date! Mr. Goldman took the time to speak to me, during our phone consultation. He did not rush though it or judge me over the situation I have found myself in. Quite the opposite ~ he offered valuable advise how to move forward, the do's and the dont's and more. Mr. Goldmans legal assistant Jessica is AMAZING!!! She explained every step, possibility and outcome in great detail. The communication was prompt, I was informed of any and all updates immediately and encouraged to reach out with all and any questions as many times as needed. I have hired another attorney for my divorce case (too bad Mr. Goldman doesn't work with family law, I would hire him in a heart beat!!!). And what a contrast!!! My attorney was annoyed about me trying to understand the process and what to expect in the future... I couldn't recommend Mr. Goldman and Jessica enough. They are a God sent!!! However if you want an experienced attorney with a very firm grasp of today's justice system and person who will set your expectations accordingly, then you should choose David Golden There were times when I got the sense David wasn't fully on board with the way I felt about my situation and the imagined outcome. And, I was right. But, David felt the way he did or good reason as I had developed an unrealistic and somewhat naive expectation about what I should expect. We tend to believe what we hear on television and read in newspapers/internet much of which is nuanced in some way. David, on the other hand, is firmly rooted in reality and utilizes his many years working with prosecuting attorneys as best he can to the advantage of his client. He knows and respects the people he will have to ultimately have to deal with extremely well. And, I get the sense the feeling is mutual. There's an old adage 'one should always under promise and over deliver' that's stood the test of time and one which David definitely ascribes to. He definitely over delivered in my case and I will forever be thankful for his efforts.. I hope I am never again faced with the kind of legal predicament I recently had to endure. But, if I should ever land in such a place again I will at least know who to call. David Golden is worth every penny. Trust me.

His assistant, Stevie, was great at getting questions answered and if she didn't know she'd find out and call you back or, if warranted, Mr. Golden called you back. We had the best outcome we could hope for and that was due to the excellent representation we had in Mr. Golden! Certainly we all hope we'd never need a defense attorney but if you find you need one I would have no problem highly recommending David Golden!
