April 2023, I was rear ended while playing golf by another golf cart. I suffered c5-c7 herniated cervical discs. My insurance carrier denied my claim. I engaged Hale Law, as recommended by my chiropractor. Partner Patrick Lyampillai filled suite against the defendant's auto insurance company and my auto insurance company. Attorney "Super Max" and paralegal Ashley flawlessly managed the case to a successful conclusion . Both insurance companies tried to deny my claim for a pre existing condition. They offered me $25,000 to settle at mediation. We settled this week, without going to trial, for $400,000. My recommendation when researching for a personal injury attorney: engage a firm that doesn't need to bring in an outside firm if your case has to go to trial. Also, make sure the partners and managing attorneys and paralegals meet weekly to discuss strategy and tactics pertaining to your case. This was very evident during the process for my case.
