I had the privilege of working with attorney John Beggan and his assistant Jeanie Thatcher for nearly two years, and I cannot say enough good things about them. From beginning to end, John was the most amazing attorney I could have asked for. One of the things that impressed me the most was his knowledge of the law. He knew it like the back of his hand and applied it with confidence and precision. John was firm yet genuine--strong when he needed to be, but always respectful, honest, and caring. You can't trust Dorothy Korszen or her paralegal at Farr law in the Venice office. Not only did they convince me under heavy pain medication's to sign papers that's not within my best interest,Also I have an email sent to me that I was gonna be reimbursed for My Husband's funeral expenses out of the sale of home the home sold the end of July of 2023 when I asked her why I have not received reimbursement for these funeral expenses, which put me in a bad situation. You should not trust her with your estate issues at all. They took advantage of the fact that after my husband passed away and ended up in emergency surgery learning how to re-walk again on pain medication now permanently disabled and handicapped has done nefarious things to me legally with My Husband's estate. She is insensitive and morally corrupt. Do not trust her or her paralegal the emotional trauma but these people put me through. Feels like if it's never going to be repaired.

Brady and Jessica were so much help with setting up a will for my dad. Very friendly and professional. after having a stroke my dad has trouble speaking and they were very patient and understanding. would recommend to anyone looking to do some Estate planning.

Met with Brady Scharrer to determine if he would be my chosen Estate planning attorney. Upon meeting eachother, we simply 1st met eachother as people. He is without question, a quite decent special human being and person. His staff echoed kindness, knowledge, and professionalism . Soon after, we discussed topics at hand. Do yourself a favor, and give these deserved persons a chance to assist you. I have done this review without any request or gain. Simply, they deserve it and I would of been unkind to a very special deserved professionalism group if I did not share.

I lived in Charlotte County for several years, I became familiar with the reputation of Farr Law Firm, when it was time to make a will & a living will I contacted Farr Law Firm, they referred me to Dorothy Korszen at the Venice office, she asked me about the specifics of a living will, I clearly stated" I want every life saving measure initiated no less than 3 times" She had mentioned a "catholic declaration" to which I answered, "I'm not catholic" to which she replied "you don't have to be, it covers your wishes". I had a surgery scheduled, they requested a living will, I took it to the hospital with me, while waiting to be checked in I had an opportunity to read it through, I was in shock, it was the antithesis of what I requested, the catholic declaration has no life saving option, simply pull the plug as "the duty to preserve my life is not absolute". I stopped in to the Farr Law Firm, showing the document to the law clerk, she replied" this is not one of our forms, this is your form" I replied" I was given that document from Dorothy, I don't have access to those forms" She stated she would give the form to Ms Korszen then she will call me. Ms Korszen did call 2 days later stating that I had reviewed & approved the document. I was sent the will, not the living will, she asked me to read it in her office, as I started to read Ms Korszen interrupted stating "it's exactly what you asked for" feeling uncomfortable with her staring as I read the document, I signed it. She again asked what I wanted in the living will, I stated all life saving measures will be implemented no less than 3 times, she replied " I don't have a form that, just tear it up" hanging up the phone on me. I don't like to use the term nasty but she was rude & nasty! For the lack of effort she put into making the Will & Living Will, I could have searched online for a document that satisfied my wishes & have it notarized.
