Very unprofessional company especially lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. They tell you they will get in contact with you and fail to do so. I had to call them multiple times just to get them to tell me they can't help. First time I called she said she'd talk to the attorney and get back to me by the next day. End of day following day I heard nothing so I called and she said she "hadn't heard back yet and would call me back" and here we are 4 days later and NO RESPONSE OR CALL BACK I had to call them back and she didn't even have any notes nor had any recollection of my name. At least be professional and call someone back as you said you'd do.

This team is truly the best! Our first real estate transaction was over 20 years ago with Steve Booth. Since then Laramie has helped us with at least 8 more transactions, and she has made every one of them an excellent experience for us with her professional, friendly, and reliable work. While all that is very important we also continue to call on her because how much she truly cares about us, her clients.
