Don't believe the we are here for you line, I called yesterday to ask if they took my kind of case. I was transferred to 4 different people had to explain my situation every single time. The people on the other line were monotone (Bueller, Bueller, Bueller) uncaring and it seemed like they were reading from a script and waiting for me to say some magic word to move me to the correct person. I even ask the third time can you just tell me if this is something you can do, and I got "let me transfer you to someone else and they can help you." Well finally after 4 transfers I got was let me give you this number to speak to an attorney.. Oh cool I thought! So I called the number and it turns out to be The Florida Bar and referral service. WTH !! Sooo after telling my story over and over they did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to say "I'm sorry this is not something we do." I am completely shocked and appalled at the way I was treated. It's not that they did not take the case it was the complete disregard for me as a person going thought a hard time, they could have cared less, no compassion or just common decency of telling me sorry we don't do that.. So very disappointed!!!!!

On Election day an elderly man pulled out in front of me. At 40MPH , foot on break, I hit him. My foot was shattered. I was taken to the hospital and then released with the statement that my foot was inoperable. I spent an entire day trying to find a doctor who accepted PIP in the state of Florida. Then a commercial came on TV for Morgan & Morgan. I called them and two weeks later was able to get into a doctor. It never occurred to me to sue. Nor would I have had I been able to get medical care without legal assistance. Morgan & Morgan does run like a well oiled machine. I had a bad experience in the beginning with a very young and snotty case manager. I wrote to the attorney (Brent - Jacksonville) and was soon assigned to Juan. Juan was over the top wonderful. So kind, professional and just overall wonderful. On 11/6 I was hurt and yesterday I received a check in an amount that blew me away. Juan had worked very hard to get expenses reduced. What a great guy. I'd have given Morgan & Morgan a five star rating however I believe their staff are overloaded. Both Juan and Brent were great at communicating but it was hard to get them on the phone. Not, I believe, because they didn't want to but because I believe their case loads are heavy. This is in the Orlando area. Car accidents are happening at such a rate that one thinks about getting on the road anymore.

Great experience, very responsive, professional and personable. Intake person was very empathetic, kind and helpful. She had all the answers i needed.

So much for, "for the people". Wouldn't even give me a reason they wouldn't take my open and shut social security case, or send me the list of other attorneys that might like they said they would, but another very reputable competitor picked up my case. thanks for nothing Morgan and Morgan.
